Book a Session

To make an appointment or book a photo session, please visit our Contact Page, send us an email or call 937-470-3930! Once we have booked a photo session, we will schedule a meeting to discuss a few odds and ends. We'll put our heads together to create a storyline and vision for your portraits.

Session Location

Whether it's a casual photo session at your home or a super fun session at your favorite park, we are open to meeting at any location. I mean, if you want Easter photos taken on the beach in Hawaii... then we'll go to Hawaii.

What to Wear

Bright colors and textures photograph well. Crazy prints make us dizzy.

How long will a Photo Session last?

Your photo session can last up to 2 hours... or until someone cries.

Photo Session Investment

To make things easy, Mugshot Studios provides a variety of session fees to meet your needs. These amounts include session fees and print credits. We use a wonderful service called *Pictage for all of our online professional photo processing and proofing. After your photo session, images will be uploaded to this site where you can select the photos you wish to purchase. Credits can be used to purchase prints through Pictage only. Please Note: Jokes are told for free but tap dancing is an additional charge.

Option 1: Buy a $150 session and get $100 in print credit instantly.
Option 2: Buy a $250 session and get $250 in print credit instantly.
Option 3: Buy a $400 session and get $450 in print credit instantly.

Can we buy a disk of high resolution images?

Digital negatives can be purchased for $39.99 per image. It will be avialable for immediate download.

When will my photos be ready to review?

After your photography session you can expect to see photographs within 2-3 weeks. This is the average time frame in which images are ready but it is ultimately dependent upon the phase of the moon which has something to do with the tides. Once photos are ready, we will email you a link to view the images through Pictage.

Will our photo sessions include any dangerous situations?

Certainly, no. We've canceled all future sessions that include dancing grizzly bears and flame-throwers.

Are Lasers or Light Sabers permissible at the photo session?

Yes, but only with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

What if my child refuses to wear the outfit I have selected?

We will come prepared to each session with a bag of clothes for children to look through. After a quick shuffle through the "old clothes bag", they will decide quickly that the outfit you have selected is much better.

What about props? Can we use props?

Yes, props are encouraged!

My friend had some photos taken of their kids battling zombies in Apocalyptic-gear. Can we do that, too?

Yes. Absolutely!
